About
I am passionate about supporting new families and teaching residents and medical students. Each child born is fresh and innocent and has unlimited possibilities laying before them. The parents are at a turning point – their lives will never be the same. It does not matter if it is a first child or the ninth child – it is a new beginning. Families come in all different shapes and sizes and backgrounds and socioeconomic backgrounds and beliefs – but the thing that is the same is love. I am privileged to be there in the first day(s) of this new family formation. I love sharing my passion with medical students and residents. I hope I teach the learners that are under my care not only about good medical practice, but also teach them the human side of medicine – how to care and how to listen.
