My goal is to ensure trauma care team members deliver patient-centered, safe care in a cost effective manner for every patient, every time. In order to achieve this, I aim to assist them with obtaining new knowledge specific to injured patients and empower them to incorporate new knowledge into practice without barriers and without unnecessary variations in practice.
