Jill Schulten, MEd, MCMSc, ATC, PA-C
Jill Schulten is a Physician Assistant within the Department of Neurosurgery at Texas Children’s Hospital. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from the University of Evansville in 2012, followed by her initial Master’s Degree in Education of Human Performance from Wichita State University in 2014. While at Wichita State Jill worked as a certified Athletic Trainer for the Men’s and Women’s Track and Field Team. Her passion for medicine and interest in surgery later led her to pursue a second Master’s Degree in Clinical Medical Science from Barry University. Prior to accepting a job within the Neurosurgery department, Jill completed the Pediatric Surgical Fellowship at Texas Children’s Hospital where she served as team lead for her fellowship class. Today, Jill’s clinical interests include traumatic brain injuries, brain tumors and movement disorders. Outside of work she enjoys horseback riding, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
