About

Dr. Powers specializes in pediatric orthopaedic surgery with a focus on pediatric and adolescent hip pathology, trauma, and lower extremity deformity. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from California Lutheran University and earned her Doctorate of Medicine at University of Nevada School of Medicine. 

She completed her orthopaedic residency at the University of Utah, and then completed subspecialty fellowship training in pediatric orthopedic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine at Texas Children’s Hospital and the Shriners Hospital for Children- Houston. Dr. Powers is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to best meet the needs of her patients and the community.
