Jamie Hofschulte, PT, DPT

Personal Statement

Jamie Hofschulte, PT, DPT, is an orthopedic clinical specialist at Texas Children’s Specialty Care Sugar Land. In addition to holding a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science and a doctor of physical therapy degree, Jamie is certified in trigger point dry needling, a treatment used for pain and movement issues associated with myofascial trigger points. She is experienced in treating diverse patient populations in a variety of outpatient orthopedic settings and enjoys working with patients to find ways to address their goals in a meaningful way — whatever those goals may be.

Jamie was a competitive gymnast throughout her childhood and college years and, for more than a decade, coached recreational, club and high school-level athletes. She now has a special interest in treating gymnasts and uses her practical experience and clinical expertise to help them overcome injuries and orthopedic issues.

When she’s away from the clinic, Jamie enjoys spending time with friends and family, participating in outdoor activities and cheering for the Green Bay Packers.
