Dmitry Chan graduated from Saxion University in the Netherlands in 2006 with his degree in Physical Therapy. He continued to pursue his career in orthopedics and sports physical therapy and was awarded a PhD degree in 2015 for research in the area of proprioception. His research was published in a peer reviewed journal and he has presented at international physical therapy conferences. Dmitry has had the opportunity to work with both national sport teams and top orthopedic surgeons. Special interests include shoulder rehabilitation, biomechanics and analysis of movement dysfunction.
Dmitry speaks Russian, Turkish and enjoys playing tennis and volleyball.
As one goes through the rehabilitation process it is my job is to guide and support the recovery so a person receives an optimal rehabilitation allowing him or her to build up the capacity to cope with demands of daily living and beyond.
