I care for patients both pre and post lung transplant while inpatient, as well as conduct follow-up visits in the outpatient clinic. Lung transplant is a lifelong commitment and I strive to give my patients the best quality of life possible. I not only engage with the patient in their care, but also encourage the family to be involved as much as possible. Post-transplant care is a team effort and I highly value the input of the family and other medical specialists. I use evidence based practice to guide my clinical decision making and utilize the expertise from other experienced team members when challenging cases arise.
