About
Carly Humphrey is a doctor of physical therapy and dual board-certified clinical specialist in sports medicine and orthopedics. Following graduate school, she completed her residency in Orthopedic Physical Therapy at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital. Additionally, she is certified in Level I Dry Needling.
As a former competitive cheerleader, Carly has a special interest in treating dancers, gymnasts and cheerleaders. She is also passionate about injury prevention, post-operative rehabilitation following ACL and multi-ligamentous knee repairs, concussion and headaches.
In her free time, she enjoys trail running, Pilates, reading and cuddling with her two rescue cats.
