Andi Lewis is a board certified genetic counselor in the department of Molecular and Human Genetics at Baylor College of Medicine. She cares for patients in the general genetics and Neurofibromatosis outpatient clinics at Texas Children's Hospital. Some of her primary duties include clinical evaluations, genetic testing coordination, and results disclosure and interpretation. She strives to provide appropriate and comprehensive support and resources for families undergoing genetic workup.
Andi enjoys outreach work with organizations related to rare diseases and participates in the Genetics Family Advisory Committee as part of the Patient-Centered Care initiative at Texas Children’s Hospital.
Andi enjoys research related to phenotypic characterization of new disease genes.
