About
Alyssa is an Occupational Therapist working in the outpatient therapy department at Texas Children’s Hospital West Campus.
She earned a BS in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University in 2014 and an MS in Occupational Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in 2016. Alyssa is currently working to complete her Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) certification and is studying Constraint Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT).
Her treatment focuses on assisting her clients to gain as much independence as possible and still make treatment as playful and fun as possible.
In her off time, Alyssa enjoys spending as much time outside as she can, spending time with family and friends, and tailgating for the Aggie football games. Gig ‘Em!
