Clinical Team

Our clinical team will help enroll your child in the Specialty Pharmacy program, communicate with your child's clinic providers to coordinate prescriptions, manage insurance preauthorizations, and create a medication plan to help you care for your child’s needs.

Call Center

The Specialty Pharmacy call center is here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our staff will coordinate home delivery of your medications, speak with your insurer to resolve any issues, answer any questions you may have about your child's medication, and provide direct access to our specialty pharmacists.

Dispensing Team

Our dispensing team uses automated, state-of-the-art technology to ensure the safety of your child's medication. We also use appropriate packaging and temperature monitoring throughout the entire delivery process, making sure there's no change in a medication's quality or integrity before it arrives safely at your door.
