The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile is a fully equipped medical clinic in a customized motor coach. It primarily travels to schools in the Greater Hobby Airport area of Southeast Houston. The clinic gives free/low-cost medical care to underserved children and is open to the public.

Ronald McDonald Care Mobile was donated to Texas Children’s Hospital in January 2006 to benefit the medically underserved children in Houston. The clinic is funded entirely through donations to Texas Children’s. Ronald McDonald Care Mobile had 31,058 patient visits between January 2006 and May 2014.
