Psychology programs and services
Our pediatric neuropsychologists, psychologists and behavioral health clinicians work with children, teens, young adults and their families in our outpatient clinics, primary care, our mobile behavioral health unit, and in the inpatient hospital setting at Texas Children’s (across campuses). Learn more about our programs, services, and locations of care. In consultation with providers, virtual services may also be available if appropriate.
Measurement Based Care
All of our programs are evidence based and use parent, child/adolescent, and teacher questionnaires as appropriate to measure symptoms prior to treatment beginning and progress as treatment continues. These measures are usually sent through MyChart messages or completed at visits.
Psychology patient resources
We’ve put together some information about behavioral health resources. See our patient resources.
Our psychologists and their research teams participate in research to advance the care and treatment of children of all ages who are affected by psychological symptoms and conditions. Through our pediatric psychology research efforts, we work to bring scientific discoveries to children, teens and young adults at Texas Children’s Hospital and around the world.
