COVID-19 Vaccine Appointments
If you or your child received both doses of the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines, you have one of the conditions listed by the CDC, and it has been at least 28 days from your second dose, you are eligible and it is recommended that you receive an additional dose. If you have questions about your medical condition and getting an additional dose, please contact your provider.
If you are immunocompromised and received the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine, further guidance from the CDC is expected in the coming days.
At Texas Children’s Hospital, our commitment to our patients and the community is a critical aspect of our mission. We are thrilled to offer you an opportunity to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
After you complete the registration form, you will be registered to receive a COVID-19 vaccine from Texas Children’s when we receive an allocation from the State.
Texas Children’s patients who have a MyChart account do not have to register through the link. Instead, a COVID-19 vaccine appointment reminder will be available in the “Health Maintenance” section of their account.
At this time, the Pfizer vaccine is approved for those 12 and older, the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are approved for those 18 and older.
In addition, please download and fill out the consent form below and bring it with you to your vaccine appointment.
Walk-ins are also welcome.
