With his big blue eyes and sweet smile, it's hard to believe that Garrett has already overcome one of the biggest challenges of his young lifeand it happened before he was even born.

Twenty-two weeks into his mother's pregnancy, a sonogram revealed a tumor growing in Garrett's chest. It was benign, but causing his heart to fail.
