Create a pattern of
healthy living that stays with your kids for the rest of their
lives by making physical activity a part of your family's routine.
Children need at least 60 minutes of physical activity daily. To
keep it fun, encourage them to participate in a variety of
activities, such as swimming, playing tag and biking. |
