The Center for TeleHealth provides clinical, educational and research services to remote areas within the United States and internationally. This is made possible through state-of-the-art approaches employing multimedia, information and telecommunication technologies available within the Center.
The Center provides distance educational services to physicians, nurses, allied health care providers, students, and to patients and their parents using videoconferencing and Internet technologies to deliver real-time instruction from the TeleHealth Studio in AB130 to interactive participants.
Classes are held in locations around Houston, at Vannie Cook Children's Clinic in McAllen, TX and several regional education service centers. More information about upcoming classes can be found here. A list of past presentations can also be found online.

Registration fee is $10. There is no registration fee for Texas Children's employees. Program begins at 4:30 pm.
Continuing education credits
Texas Children’s Hospital is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Texas Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
