Personal Statement

Dr. Orr aims to provide comprehensive, collaborative and holistic care for individuals requiring surgical management of complex congenital heart disease. Her empathic and inclusive approach to care ensures her patients’ best interests are prioritized and that the highest technical standard of surgical intervention and management are guaranteed.

Clinical Interests: surgical management of neonates and infants with complex congenital heart disease, complex biventricular surgical repairs, pediatric heart transplantation and mechanical circulatory support, surgical management of adult congenital heart disease

Research Interests: clinical outcomes and quality improvement, management of atrioventricular septal defects, palliative strategies for management of complex congenital heart disease
