WEIGH OF LIFE PROGRAM
Pediatric weight control

 
The Weigh of Life program is one of the oldest organized pediatric weight control programs in the United States, helping children establish healthy eating and exercise habits. Dr. Sarah Barlow leads the program.

The Weigh of Life program offers a cookbook with healthy and useful recipes to assist in daily meal preparation. It includes:

  • Tips for healthy eating
  • Tips for eating out
  • Food lists and categories
  • More than 200 delicious and healthy recipes
  • Measurement and substitution insert
