PATIENT CARE CENTERS
The sports medicine clinic sees
children, adolescents and adults with acute and chronic injuries.
It is staffed by board-certified sports medicine physicians
and a physical therapist so that diagnosis and treatment are
initiated immediately in the clinic.
Examples of common problems seen in the clinic are
neck, back, knee, foot and ankle and hip injuries. Training and
conditioning programs for athletes without injuries can also be
designed in cooperation with the hospital's
wellness clinic. The
sports medicine clinic is also staffed by a nutritionist.
