There is frequent collaboration among researchers both within Texas Children's Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine and with other renowned centers across the country. This includes cooperation on several network studies. aimed at understanding the causes and course of ASD, such as the Autism Treatment Network (ATN), the Rare Diseases Clinical Research Network (RDCRN), the Simons Simplex Collection (SSC), the Simons Variation in Individuals Project (SVIP), and the SynapDx Autism Spectrum Disorder Gene Expression Analysis Study (STORY).
