Conference on Spirituality in Pediatrics 2009

Scholarships

We welcome applicants for scholarships to attend Spirituality in Pediatrics: Transforming Care for Children.

We'd like to know a brief description of your current spiritual care or healthcare role, involvement in the spiritual care of children or school curriculum information, and a brief statement as to why a scholarship is important to your attendance, and how you'll be able to use this information in your community, current role, or educational experience.

Although anyone is welcome to apply, preference is given to students.

Please print, fill out and return the form no later than Sept. 1, 2009. You will be notified of approval for scholarship no later than Sept. 15, 2009. Instructions will be given for completing registration when you receive your scholarship notification.
