We realize that you may feel overwhelmed about your child's visit to your pediatric hospital. Be reassured that our doctors, nurses and health care teams are here to provide the very best health care for your child. To prepare for your visit, choose a topic below and get to know our hospital a little bit better.

    Your Child's Visit

We want to help you prepare for your child's stay at our hospital by telling you what to expect. Review our patient care information, including what rooms look like, places to eat and stay, where to park, area attractions and family services.

    Patient Amenities

In keeping with its family-centered care concept, Texas Children's has consolidated useful resources on the new family services floor, located on the 16th floor of the West Tower.

    Patient and Family Support Services

Our patient family support services include child-life specialists, social workers, spiritual care and international services.

    Paying Your Bill

You can pay your hospital bill by phone or by mail. You may receive a bill from the hospital in addition to bills from individual physicians and other health care providers.

    Events Calendar

You are invited to participate in/attend events that are on this calendar of events.
