Ingredients
4 cups skim milk
2 bananas
1 cup crushed ice
4 Tbsp. peanut butter
Splenda to taste (optional)
Instructions
Add ice, milk, peanut butter, chopped bananas and Splenda (to taste) to blender. Blend on medium speed until well blended. Pour in glass and enjoy! Serves 4.
