• Pediatric Pharmacy Residency (PGY2) Application Process

    To apply for the residency, the following must be completed prior to the on-site interview:

    • A 1-page typed narrative describing career goals and reasons for pursuing the residency
    • Curriculum vitae
    • Transcript of course work from Pharmacy School
    • 3 letters of recommendation.
      • At least 1 recommendation from a recent employer and 1 from a professor or instructor is preferred.
      • The applicant should waive the right to review the recommendation prior to mailing (i.e. the recommendation should come directly from the person writing the letter.)

    The receipt of applications for the residency program is due in January. Please contact the residency director for exact dates for postmarking your application. An on-site interview is required.

    We plan to notify candidates for interview times shortly after the deadline date.
